Acquisition CENTRALL: Getting the word out on acquisition lessons learned

Acquisition practitioners face tough challenges and seemingly intractable problems daily, but they rarely have the resources to study them systematically.

Introduction

Beginning this summer, the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Analysis Center-Monterey, CA, (TRAC-Monterey) will launch a project to establish and operate a "virtual" information center for acquisition lessons learned.
